Returns & Exchanges


Our return & exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the day you receive your items and only if the products are in a brand new sellable condition.

Item(s) purchased on may be returned and/or exchanged directly by the customer by visiting the nearest Star Markets store.

Pickup service of returns / exchange is not available currently.

Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with the original invoice / receipt.

Refunding of items can be made by the guest customer at the nearest store of Star Markets Trading Company and this is after a confirmation from our customer service team receiving the item.

If the original order was paid by card, the refund will be on the same card used. If the payment was in cash, refund will be in cash at the store.

We regret not to accept returns or exchange are accepted for the following categories:

  • Butchery Items & Fresh Fish

  • Dairy Items
